The North End Urban Arts Festival is a call for creative uprising in one of Wichitas most diverse, yet under celebrated neighborhoods. A project of the ICT-Army of Artists, the festival is part of a campaign of cultural interventions that build community identity by cultivating art from the ground up. By elevating the talents and joy within our neighborhoods, the ICT-Army of Artists and the North End Urban Arts Festival invites the community to recognize and collaborate in bringing out the creative potential that exists around us every day.
